Charlene Dodge
Charlene Dodge serves as the Community Liaison at Hope Services, fostering community partnerships and raising awareness about programs for individuals with disabilities and those facing employment barriers. She holds an MS in Marketing and a BA in Mass Communications from the University of South Florida and has worked as a professional copywriter. A former figure skating instructor and competitor, Charlene finds her work extremely rewarding as she helps others in the community understand and access resources at Hope Services.

Erica Paniss
Erica has a background in the legal system and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in criminology. Through her work and personal experience, she has developed a strong interest in advocacy, accessibility, and helping individuals navigate complex systems. This passion led her to Hope Services, where she serves as the FAAST Program Coordinator, connecting individuals of all ages with assistive technology resources that support independence and quality of life.

Karen Schwartz
Since 2011, I have been providing mental health and rehabilitation counseling services. I have worked with clients with anxiety, depression, coping with disabilities, trauma, career difficulties, family and marriage conflicts, etc. I believe in tailoring my sessions to the needs of my clients. I offer guidance and help clients work to improve and overcome what they are going through. I promote change through personal growth. I utilize various therapeutic techniques during sessions to help clients learn more about themselves.
