The Basic Construction Program offered by Hope Services is an 80 hour, in-person course in which participants that attend and pass the test will earn the NCCER Certification, a nationally recognized credential for skilled craft professionals in the construction and industrial maintenance trades. This course can be transferred to a vocational school to continue education.
Our classes hold no more than 10 students and they must be 15 years of age and older. Hands-on experience is provided by Habitat for Humanity.
Steal toed shoes are required and participants must attend the 80 hours.
The NCCER Class Experience
Experience the full construction process firsthand as skilled industry professionals guide you step‑by‑step through each phase, from framing and drywall to installing cabinets, doors, and windows. Students learn proper techniques, safety practices, and real‑world problem‑solving while working with the tools and materials used on active job sites.
